Safe Driver Brass Buckle.
There are ruby like stones in four leaf clovers. ( Not sure if stones are real rubies).
There is a raised Coke Bottle.
The name John Caslin is engraved on the back, could be an award given to honor Mr. Caslin.
Not sure of the age of the buckle.
Very good condition.  Appears to be worn very little.  No
scratches.
Measures:  3.75" long x 2.75" wide.
